The cellular heterogeneity of translational profiles is an important feature of normal physiological processes. Different cell types and populations have different cellular functions, which are all required for the tissue’s or organ’s correct functioning. Single-cell RNA sequencing allows us to investigate this cellular heterogeneity.
We now offer Single-Cell RNA Sequencing Flex starting from fixed cells or even FFPE tissue using the Chromium™X Technology from 10x Genomics®. This opens new possibilities for you, e.g., in tumor research, and provides more flexibility in project and sample planning.
