Your Responsibilities
- Sales support of medical genetic diagnostics & customized NGS services to medical institutions/MDs and research organizations/biotech/pharma companies
- Maintaining long-term relationships with partners in the sales region
- Project tracking to ensure smooth progress
- Managing CRM system
- Preparing documents for public procurements
- Answering customer requests (with support from the business manager or CeGaT headquarters)
- Collecting information about competitor activity and market conditions
- Job requires travel within the region as well as participation in sales meetings at the company’s headquarter (Tübingen, Germany) several times a year
- Hybrid work: working space in Vilnius (Mokslininkų str.) combined with working from home
What We Expect
- Location in Vilnius, Lithuania
- B. Sc. or M.Sc. in biological sciences (genetics, biochemistry, bioengineering, molecular biology, etc.)
- Thorough understanding of genetics (either research or medical genetics)
- Understanding of NGS techniques
- Experience in sales/customer care/application support in a biotech, pharma or medical/research device company is an advantage
- Experience with a CRM is an advantage
- Self-motivated and result oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Business fluent English is a must
- A solid gasp of scientific and medical concepts and procedures
